Q&F Rental Agreement Flow — Revised Deliverables

Prepared by Orases for Marsha and Nicole, building on our 3/30 discovery session and the supporting documents Nicole shared afterward. Open questions are flagged in red throughout, each with the context you'll need to weigh in.
Welcome — here's what to expect. The seven files below each open as a self-contained page in your browser; feel free to work through them in order, or jump to whichever one is most relevant to a given conversation. Inside every file, red-numbered badges mark the questions we need your input on. Each badge links to a question block further down the page that explains the context, what changes depending on how you answer, and where in our discovery notes the question originated. Wherever a question depends on another deliverable, the "Deliverable N" reference is clickable and will take you straight there.

Nothing has been quietly assumed. If a decision is still open, it's visibly flagged as open — so as you read, you can trust that anything not in red is something we consider settled based on our conversations so far.

Deliverables 1 through 5 work through the underlying architecture: the end-to-end flow, which system (Mega Tool or AIM) owns each piece of data, the technical options for the CSR-guided signing experience, how revisions and re-signatures are handled, and how parents can self-serve copies of their agreement. Deliverables 6 and 7 are mid-fidelity mockups that translate those architecture decisions into actual screens — one showing the Mega Tool view your CSR team will use, the other showing what parents will see when they sign.
